Eclipse Tip: Ignore Cash Required
With COD customers, you may not know that you can force your users' authorizations to ensure cash is actually collected. In ship via maintenance, set the flag for ignore cash required to "no". (Yes, it's a double negative. But you're probably already used to this with Eclipse.) Then, during warehouse picking confirmation on cash orders, the user will have to collect cash from the customer in order to get past the total screen. GET MORE free Eclipse help …
Congratulations Van Meter and IES
We're honored to spread some good news about two Zerion clients. Van Meter Industrial was recently awarded top honors in tED Magazine's “Best of the Best” competition; and, Independent Electric Supply signed a distribution agreement with Eco Depot, Inc. to distribute their LED Lights. In other industry news, tED Magazine put out their annual marketing report for distributors; and, Supply House Times outlined the rise of heating and cooling equipment shipments. Austin and Harrisburg Training Coming Right Up
September is bringing Eclipse users two on-site training opportunities. The UFO will be hosting a Zerion-led Report Writer/Utilizing Eclipse & Excel class in Austin, TX on Sept. 8, and one on User Defined Screens, Class Files and Eclipse Reports on the 9th. On Sept. 22, there will be a Zerion-facilitated Regional Roundtable in Harrisburg, PA on Pricing. And, the following day, there will be a roundtable on Sales Management.
