As a co-founder of Zerion, Brad provides a strategic management eye to the company’s leadership. Brad serves as the direct supervisor for the team’s consultants and manages project scheduling. He ensures clients get the right resources at the right time and that consultants are effectively placed on appropriate projects. He also manages hiring and human resources for the team. Brad has managed the migration of more than 50 companies comprising over 600 branches and you’ll often find him in the field developing consultants.

Before becoming part of Zerion, Brad served as a lead project manager for Hughes Supply’s Eclipse implementation team. He began to develop his extensive knowledge in the areas of branch operations and inventory management while working at an electrical distribution warehouse in college. Brad also served as a Crew Leader for several years at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. before joining the Hughes IT department as an Eclipse Trainer.

Brad has both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business from Eastern Illinois University. He serves as a mentor to underprivileged children without a male role model and provides alcohol and drug abuse awareness. He has also been involved with Boy Scouts of America and enjoys home construction projects and outdoor activities with his wife, Christie, and their dog Bailey.
