The beauty of working with a small business is that you often don’t have to go far to get what you need. At Zerion, Tony is a jack-of-all-trades, hands-on visionary and resident Eclipse guru. He’s one of the original founders of the company, and has been around since its 2005 inception. As Owner and Consultant, he’s responsible for sales, customer relationship management, accounting, human resources and consulting. His Eclipse and distribution experience comes from serving as a lead project manager for Hughes Supply’s Eclipse implementation team during their company-wide software conversion. Tony also spent time in Hughes’ internal audit and inventory control departments. His favorite projects at Zerion involve purchasing, distribution centers, and RF. Tony has three young sons with his wife, Kelly.
Susan is a Zerion Consultant and a certified UniVerse Database Administrator with eleven years of experience in distribution. She comes to us from Hughes Supply/HD Supply where she monitored the performance of the Eclipse system and kept it running as efficiently as possible. Susan’s unique exposure to a large-scale Eclipse environment developed her exceptional ability to understand the inner-workings of the system. She utilizes this knowledge to help Zerion customers better identify and resolve efficiency issues. Susan is a Navy veteran with a degree in economics and philosophy from the University of Miami. She originally is from New Mexico, but currently resides near Zerion’s home base in Orlando, Florida.
Peggy is a Consultant at Zerion. She’s part of Zerion’s “dynamic duo” – a husband and wife team who have deep knowledge in systems, distribution and Eclipse software. Peggy has been supporting Eclipse users since 1998. Prior to then, she worked with SHIMS software on UniVerse for 10 years. Peggy offers Zerion’s clients procedure analysis and design, project management, programming, support and training. In addition, she enjoys working with Steve to produce major efficiencies for customers. To accomplish this, Peggy draws on her background in business and her knowledge of operations, processes, and programming. She has an MBA from Indiana University, and BAs in business and history. In her spare time, Peggy can often be found cooking, traveling or hiking with Steve.
Steve is a Consultant at Zerion, and the other half of the long-time husband and wife consulting team. He also has been providing Eclipse implementation, programming, support and project management services since 1998. Prior to then, he supported SHIMS Software on UniVerse for 10 years. Steve offers clients comprehensive expertise in programming, including extensive implementation of user-defined fields, forms changes, custom reports, integrations and extractions. When his skills combine with Peggy’s, they form a unique offering: analyzing and streamlining procedures for customers, while customizing the system for best practices. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Purdue University and resides in Indiana with Peggy. Their daughter, Carolyn, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist.
Libby is a Zerion Consultant and IT professional who began her career at the start of the new millennium. She has had the opportunity to gain a wide perspective of distribution and software through her time at several different companies. First, she got her feet wet at Ferguson Enterprises as a Quality Assurance Analyst, and later a Developer. Then, she spent seven years at Hughes/HD Supply as Programmer Analyst (Epicor Eclipse). Before coming to Zerion, she served as a Senior Programmer Analyst and tech lead for the implementation of SAP at 99 Cent Only stores. Now, she uses her strong technical background to provide behind-the-scenes changes and efficiency enhancers for Epicor Eclipse users. Libby’s programming includes forms changes, custom reports, EDI and more. Libby is a graduate of Florida State University. She spends her free time with her husband and two boys in Katy, Texas.
Rick began his Eclipse journey as the IT Manager at FIFE Electric Supply in Tampa. From there, he became an installer at Hughes Supply, and then went on to do the same for Intuit. Once Activant purchased Eclipse from Intuit, he went to work with an Eclipse customer; and, he also has been involved with several other Eclipse customers. Long story short, Rick is no stranger to Eclipse or distribution; and, he’s an incredible asset to the Zerion team. Eclipse users nationwide have built a strong relationship with Rick and his “make it happen” attitude. His diverse knowledge allows him to offer general, yet wide-reaching, Eclipse consulting and support. Rick lives in Tampa, Fla. with his wife, daughters and son.
Scott is a Consultant at Zerion, focused on assisting Zerion’s growing base of clients with training, advising, and implementation on the Eclipse platform. Scott has worked for more than a decade in the distribution industry at both the distributor and consultant levels. His specific areas of expertise are in inventory control, pricing, and purchasing. He joined Zerion with a sincere appreciation of the company’s business model – putting the client first, while seeking to provide solutions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma. When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys going to the movies and playing golf.
Michelle is Zerion’s Administrative Assistant. She hails from Michigan, but resides in Orlando where she keeps the Zerion office running smoothly and efficiently. Michelle is responsible for managing A/R, A/P, payroll and office organization. She also prepares customer quotes and work orders and manages the company’s CRM program. She has a background in accounting and administrative services, but also has a passion for cosmetology, photography and dachshunds.
John is a Consultant at Zerion, where he helps to create custom programs for clients. In addition, John ensures the smooth implementation of forms updates and oversees Thrive system integrations. Prior to becoming a Consultant, he spent four years providing Eclipse customer support and custom programming for an electrical distributor. During that time, he gained a great deal of experience creating new custom screens for warehouse operators as well as implementing core changes in purchasing work-flow. He considers himself a lifelong learner of new programming languages, and he has worked professionally in Ruby, Java, and C#. John received an A.S. in Computer Technology from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Education from Indiana University. When he’s not working, he helps to home school his daughter and enjoys hiking with his family.
Justin is a Consultant at Zerion with extensive experience in the field of systems integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). In his role with Zerion, Justin will provide EDI support to clients, internal interface development, and systems integration development. Originally from the U.K., Justin developed interfaces for manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies, then moved to the U.S., where he has managed EDI support teams for Hughes Supply, HD Supply, and Sonepar USA. Justin’s knowledge of wholesale distribution and the Eclipse platform allows him to help clients gain additional value from their IT investments. Justin joined Zerion because the company brings targeted expertise to the industry, providing timely and affordable solutions to companies that need a faster-than-average turn-around. Justin attended Norwich College in the U.K., graduating with qualifications in IT and business management. Before moving to the U.S., he also spent time working as a firefighter in the U.K. Justin loves to write, and recently published a novel. In his spare time, he can be found reading, writing, traveling, or cooking with his wife.
Kelly is Zerion’s Marketing Manager. Since 2001, she has served as an account manager at a public relations firm, managed a customer loyalty program and professional golf sponsorship at Home Depot Supply/Hughes, and led an internal communications team at Hughes. She holds a B.S in general communication with a minor in business and a M.S. in marketing communication, both from Florida State University. Kelly also is accredited in public relations by the Universal Accreditation Board. At Zerion, Kelly is responsible for all aspects of the company’s communication. Her passions are writing and photography, especially when it involves her two young boys.
Marc is a Consultant at Zerion with over 20 years of distribution and Eclipse experience. In his role with Zerion, Marc helps clients identify the core challenges they need to overcome, then works closely with them to discover a solution so they can feel confident in their abilities to utilize the program moving forward. He was first introduced to the Eclipse platform when he was a part of Hajoca’s Internal Audit Department; he went on to be the primary installer during much of their early implementation. Overseeing more than 100 installations, Marc helped identify best practices and develop policies and procedures for both the installation process and operations. He also worked throughout the country training Hajoca employees on purchasing and pricing until he was named a Profit Center Manager in 2004. During his tenure he continued to hone his Eclipse skills and remained a resource for other operations. Marc grew up in Philadelphia, where he attended Temple University, but now lives in Southern California with his wife.
Felisha is a Consultant with Zerion Group. She has been in Wholesale Distribution since graduating college. It was an accidental, yet fortunate, career path. She has done every job in a warehouse and office in water and sewer companies. Management picked Felisha to learn new systems, and train the rest of the team for the past 27 years. From MAS-90 to Eclipse, she has learned ERP software, databases, and operating systems. Felisha has been an Eclipse soup to nuts installer since 2001 but has worked on Shims, SxE, P21, and more. Felisha strives to make every user feel important when teaching and loves when a user gets the new software and then thrives. In her off time, Felisha enjoys time home with family and friends.
