Last month at the Eclipse Users Group Encounter conference, several team members from Zerion unveiled a project we’ve been working on behind-the-scenes for the better part of a year. Called Saasplicity, this innovative field service management software provides a platform for Epicor Eclipse users that’s designed to bridge the gaps in distribution chains while helping to establish better connections with customers. We’ve spent so much time building out this tool – in concert with several beta test customers – because we haven’t come across anything else that even comes close to Saasplicity’s capabilities in our industry. As many Eclipse users know, our customer is not always the end user. Sometimes it’s another distributor, the contractor, or even a technician. In any case, Saasplicity has been designed to enable more ease and efficiency across the entire field service spectrum. At its core, Saasplicity allows customers to channel all their information into one place and easily manage each service call from start to finish. The software also offers truck inventory management capabilities, scheduling and routing, and a seamless Eclipse integration. In the future, we’re also hoping to roll-out a rentals function as well. For those who attended one of the two Saasplicity demonstrations at Encounter last month, we appreciate your feedback and are working harder than ever to roll out this product beyond beta testing. For those who were unable to attend but want to learn more, Zerion’s Tony King and Justin Orton will be hosting another demonstration of the software for members of the Eclipse Users Group on Tuesday, Oct. 15th at 3:30 p.m. EST.
