Every so often, when using Eclipse, you may want to exclude an item from your demand calculation. This might be because you have a sales order that's very large, or you may want to mark a sale as exceptional simply because it falls outside the norm of your typical transactions.
When marking a sale as exceptional in Eclipse, you can choose to exclude only one item, or the entire order altogether.
