Earlier this month, many of the consultants from the Zerion team descended upon Fort Worth, Texas for the annual Eclipse Users Group ‘Encounter’ conference. We look forward to this event every year as a chance to catch up with friends in the industry, customers, and potential customers. The conference also offers an opportunity to learn best practices from others who regularly work on the Epicor Eclipse platform. During a few slots this year, our own Zerion consultants were the ones doing the presenting. It’s always exciting to engage with other Eclipse users in this way. In our next blog post, we’ll address Saasplicity, Zerion’s newest software that was introduced at Encounter in two different presentations. Most years – and this year is no exception – my biggest takeaway is that we’re all in this together. If a user asks a question or shares a roadblock during one of the sessions, there are usually a few other attendees who immediately offer advice or assistance. Operating – as Zerion consultants do – in our own offices and consulting with our customers in what sometimes feels like a vacuum, can be isolating. But at the annual Encounter conference, it feels a bit like coming home to a big family of distributors, consultants and Eclipse partners who strive to help one another. One of the aspects of Zerion of which I am most proud is the team’s amazing consultants. If you’re lucky enough to know one or more of them, you know what I’m talking about. To give more people a chance to know them, we had a fun guessing game set up at our conference booth in which we asked passersby to guess which Zerion consultant matched a random fact about them. There were some particularly interesting ones! We’ll trickle out a few here and there on social (and in these posts) over the next few weeks. We’d love to see if you are able to guess who’s who! The following consultants attended the Encounter conference, so these are the people and personalities from which you should choose your responses: Susan Chandler, Kelly Johnson RCDD, Libby Juarez, Scott King, Tony King, Mark Murph, Jef Nordstrom, Justin Orton and Christy Tucker. Clue #1 – Despite having already passed the course, this Zerion team member accidentally took College Calculus twice. (And didn't do as well the second time around!) Clue #2 – This Zerion team member was voted class clown in high school. And that’s all for this post. E-mail us at [email protected] with your guesses. Or head over to our Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages to post your guesses there. One random response will be selected for an Amazon gift card! (Must have responses in by 5 p.m. EST September 30, 2019.) Comments are closed.
