New Reports and Software Integrations Available For Eclipse Customizations

Zerion often does customization work that may be of use to other Eclipse users, such as creating reports or programs, and completing integrations. As a convenience to our customers, we make most of these reports, processes and code available to all for purchase and installation. A few new reports and integrations have just been added to our repertoire! They are:

• Check Clear Report – Enhances the Eclipse Check Register by adding the check clear date and invoice level payment information.
• Custom Payables Report – Offers the same information as the Eclipse purchase journal (every new payable that was created that month); but, it additionally includes the payable ID and PO being paid.
• Descartes On Demand – FTP sends detail of all current day deliveries from Eclipse with pertinent addresses
• EDI Services – Integrates Eclipse data with mapping and error checking solutions
• Fill It Now – Extracts inventory from participating customers and FTPs information to a portal for all participants to view each other’s inventory (service specifically for OMNI members)
• PositivePay – FTP sends daily check register to bank to avoid fradulent activity
• Profit2 – Extractions from Profit2 for pricing updates, which are then uploaded to Eclipse pricing matrix.
• Secure FTP & ACH – Fully encrypted transfer of FTP information and ACH amounts. Qualified banks, including Canadian banks.
